Is there an ISP with pop3 or imap4 mail access that my brother can use with a Nokia communicator?
 
I'm interested in one which will provide mobile access in European countries, particularly Finland the UK and France.
 
What about UU-Net?  If Steve(?) wants to try, I can loan a username and password (we have quite a few and only use a handful) for evaluation purposes.  We certainly used them in the Netherlands for dialup IP access, and they are quite a large organisation, so they may provide what he's after.
