You don't need one that heavy (or diamond tipped) for brick/breeze block.
 
Yesterday, I hired a 4.5" tungsten tipped core bit, complete with drill for GBP25.20 (from HSS) - for the vent pipe for the same RAE-007 that you have.
 
BTW - I'd check the temperature with a separate thermometer. The display on mine says 26 degress, but I reckon it's significantly cooler than that.

Just seen it on www.hss.co.uk ...Dry Diamond Driller £68+VAT for a day, don't know if this includes the drill bit though.
 
I just looked at my reciept and there is a six (or so) digit number for each product i bought. Can anyone tell me the number for the split unit??
