Stuff the space around the pipes with glass wool (preferable in a plastic
bag so it wont get wet. Pack it really tight but leave it about 10 mmm
below
the surface of the wall. Fill the remaining space with polyfiller, plaster
etc. Nice sealed hole but if you ever want to remove it you can easily
crack
the plaster/polyfiller skin and remove the packing, then the pipes.
Thats what I would do.
