There was a shutdown.exe in the NT4 Resource Kit, I haven't tried it on W2K
but I think it should work.

Subject: [ukha_d] Scheduled reboot of windows 2k pro
Does anyone know how to schedule a reboot of windows. I have a problem with
a machine hanging, it appears to be related to the promise ultra card in
some way but it only happens after several days of up time. I don't have
the
time or the inclination to resolve this problem at the moment as the
machine
is due to be rebuilt anyway, but in the meantime I thought a reboot every
other day in the early hours would be useful.
Regards
Graham
