I did say "virtually no-one", rather than "no-one" ;-)

Are you using VoIP? We looked at it (in March) for our new office, and
decided that a more "traditional" solution was still wildy more
cost-effective. I don't see wide actual usage before 2004.

IPV6 is being used in Telco, as it offers better QOSy.... and means
VoIP is a possiblity, C&W were looking at it for there backbones.
