The *MINI* PCI slot is under a panel on the bottom of the laptop and is - I
believe - quite a common thing nowadays. Usually houses things like
wireless
LAN cards and other such "standard" needs without tying up a
PCMCIA slot.

Yeah ... the one for the laptop to the travel docking station is on the
*BOTTOM* of the laptop rather than the back which is strange but the
additional one on the back of the travel docking station was confusing the
hell out of me!
