Most of our hassle with them is down to the courier: Initial Citylink are
worse than useless..

Jenni had a new monitor delivered today, which is the first thing they have
managed to deliver to us without many phone calls (even if it was three
days
late!)

Very poor service... its easy to see where they cut the costs...
