Re: Power Consumption

I fell out with Northern electric when my account was 1000UKP in credit. I
phoned for a refund, i didnt want it all. I wanted 500 in cash and the rest
to keep my account heallthly they refused a refund until the meter was read
(last was an estimate) which took approx 3 weeks. Despited arguing that the
account was that far in credit that the 500 i was leaving would account for
even a massively inaccurate estimated reading and it was actually MY money
they were refusing to send out made no difference.

I have just changed my rental property from them as well. This account was
behind on final reading. They have really had along wait getting their
money
in. Even sent them a letter saying as i only had an estimated bank balance
they would have to wait until the statement came in........ then the polite
demand.......red letter.......debt collection letter etc.

Steve.
