BT Internet. I have had the same problem you have had, but it was
there fault!! I have made over 50 phone calls and still its not
resolved.

Apart from the verry low level of customer services, the service is
not that good either. I would say i get service interruption af about
30 mins ever three days on ave. I have had delays of several hours
with emails although its ok at the moment.

If you find a good provider let me know. Because of the customer
service problems I wish to NEVER use BT again.

Its a shame because the phone service i have had has been verry good
