Probably average 100W. After all, most PSU's are rated as 250-350 W
100W isnt a lot but if you have 4 PC running 24/7 then in a quarter it is
0.4*24*91 = 873.6 kwH which even at 5p per unit is £43-68 so about
right
then.
My electricity bill is about £40 per month :-(

I run a few PCs 24/7 at home and have just got the Electricity bill. It is
up £40 since the last one and I was wondering if it was the extra PC?
I
generally turn off the monitors when not in use. I know that the biggest
drains are Immersion Heaters, Washer dryers (ours has been broke for the
last month!) , electric showers (not installed yet!) and cookers. SWMBO is
starting to ask questions about the PCs. I need some ammo!! What power
comsumption would the average PC have?
