Does anyone know how to get the blasted thing to work in the first place!
Mine has been displaying "tune" on its front all evening and saying "updating the system, this will not take long" on the TV!

I binned Sky because of the continued breakdowns and "unplug it and start it again" response from the Sky "help-line". Although they did come out once and fitted a net phone plug???? never did sus that one.

A colleague has asked me if anyone knows the answer to the following question:

Dose anyone know of a way to use either the Ethernet or RS232 sockets on the NTL Di4001 Digital Cable Box (DVB Only) to control the unit remotely?

Any help greatly appreciated

Graham
