Because I am controling the output, so I take a snapshot at say 10%
on each channel. Then next time i ramp down slowly I measure the
current at 10% if its lower then a bulb's gone, if its zero either
there was only one bulb which has gone or the fuse has gone. If its
higher then the triac has gone closed circuit.
