Aerial Masts

I guess this isn't strictly Home Automation but maybe you can help

I have a problem or should I say the birds and pigeons have a problem.
Every day they sit on the aerials attached to my house, above the car
and drop serious amounts of .... I mean lots of it.

I can't move the car and theres a limit to where I can move the aerials.
I'm in a poor reception area, so I can't move the aerials into the loft.

My current thinking is to replace the mast (pole) with a sort of bent
or 'cranked' type. The idea being that I can keep the current maximum
height (around 7m), but ensure the droppings fall on the roof rather
than my now not so shiney car.

I've found a few sites but to be honest nothing that seems either long
enough or bent enough. 1.8m with a 0.6m standoff the best I've
found so far. I need a bit of length at the aerial end so I can stack
a couple of aerials with enough space between them.

Has anyone go any experience of this sort of thing or a good place to
look for selfbuild poles. Can you join them together?
