Well, when I said huge (approx 7-8m long and about 3-4m wide), I meant by
today's standards - anything larger than a rabbit hutch (new builds)
constitutes massive these days.  It could easily have been divided into 2
smaller bedrooms (each about the size of a new master bedroom)!
