As I'm surveying the carnage that is my rewiring project I'm
wondering about changing the plans for node zero. Currently I'm
planning on routing everthing to the far corner of the loft where the
aerial comes in. However after the recent heat wave I'm worried that
it will be too hot up there. The master bedroom has an unused
cupboard which is quite large and an idea candidate for patch bays,
racks, amps etc. My only worry is turning my bedroom into a machine
room and not being able to sleep in piece and quiet due to the wirr
of fans and the like. Anyone got any thoughts or suggestions? (eg.
loft will be ok homevision can run in temps up to x degrees, or use
the built in cupboard but use _this_ soundproofing) etc. etc.
