Its easier to have 4 different PIC programs set to Codes 1,2,3,4 and people
order

Dimmer Module "A"
Dimmer Module "B"
Switch Module "C"

etc.

Having them all listening to the same serial line means that ALL LIGHTS ON
is easy. You only need to send it over 1 serial line because all devices
would be listening for <myCode> and <broadcast> messages.
