I could implement several serial ports on a Rabbit port so each
dimmer has its own serial port, which would free up the two address
lines. Or i could gate the zero cross so that a powerup i assign a
address one at a time. Ie open up zero cross, that module then
listens for a address on the serial line and stores it in ram.
