Why don't you get some relays from a supplier and mount on breadboard or similar. If you cannot do this but think it is a good idea I am quite happy t knock something up for you. For an enclosure a plastic box or similar should do. Drop me a mail off list if you want t pursue this

Anyone know of i source of 8 relays 12v coils and 5 t 10A contacts preferably mounted on a pcb and a suitable enclosure ?
