I am going through the process of changing webhosts from my existing
company
(german) www.oneandone.co.uk to a new one www.magic-moments.com I have
setup
my hosting at magi-moments and they said contact oneandone t tell them to
transfer the domain, so i rang up oneandone and got this german guy saying
"noo noo noo, they have t contact ICANN t initiate the
transfer" t which
i rang magic moments up and they said "what? eh?" no all they
have t do is
change the nameserver information over.
So now i am at a total loss cos they keep saying the each other should
change the domain name over and i cant seem to figure out whats going on.
Any ideas
