Does
anyone know whether the Post Office will filter mail? We get more post for
the
previous occupants (and not just junk mail) than we do for us. It's illegal
for
us t open it t return it or let the senders know that they have
moved
(IIRC) as we ae not the legal recipients.
One
letter we did open (due t the stamping on it saying something like "Final
Notice") was the son of the owner prior t the previous owner
having
an outstanding parking ticket that had become a £3,500 fine and this was
the
bailiffs telling us they would be gaining entrance to sieze goods by
legally
approved force!
We
have no forwarding addresses for any of the previous owners and so want to
find
some (legal) way of stopping and returning mail for the previous
owners.
