Can I mention a alternative method of rack mounting HV, Craig sells replacement front stickers so rather than cutting a hole for the HV in the front panel just drill a few holes for the leds and put the sticker over the holes, it works great (If I ever get a digital camera I will post a picture)

Second point on DIY 19" computer racks, I have built one using some cheep 19" boxes from RS but I have to say it was far from professional and after a few months I purchased a case for Scan and swapped them over (4U).

A word of warning about using 19" rack cases in HA,  I have two and the noise from the big cooling fans is annoying and the depth of the cases makes them difficult to locate, I have a swinging rack and the smallest computer prevents the unit from swinging, the larges one is so deep it sticks out of the back door of the cabinet.
