I would say the BBC is one of THE most
credible
sources around. The BBC reported in depth on this story, including
quoting there had been over 150 complaints about this particular hoax and
it
was the sixth of its type this year.
They went on to name the company (SR Services
or
something like that). They also reported that when they investigate
the
address of the company it was a residential bungalow and the person living
there was of a different name.
While I realise that most of these things ARE
hoaxes _Un-fortunately_ not all of them are!!
