W.R.T. the statement "if someone walked up t  you in the street and
asked
you to phone a number, you would not do so." ... I must disagree with
this.
I frequently get business clients calling or texting my mobile and leaving
messages to call them - I would have been suspicious at an 09xx number but
it is not uncommon for me t  have to call clients on roaming numbers such
as
07071 etc.
