If you're on Home Highway at home the ELSA Lancom IL-11 has a built in ISDN router. I've set a couple up for friends -  the manual is a bit pony, but the box works like a dream. You can even use it as a fax server so that all of your clients can wirelessly fax.
 
It is Lucent based btw.
