Okay, you got me there!

Methinks that all KAT5 is needed yesterday, I want t  just KAT5 every
source in the house, it's the expense that's stopping me, oh and the
lack of a switcher :-)

If you're wanting a switcher then the IR return is a must otherwise all
hell
will break loose when you try t  control stuff!
