Not entirely,

PACE satellite receivers usually allow 2 decoders and a VCR to be connected
so you can put 2 CCTV cameras and your DVD on there and have remote control
of the source selection.

Nobody wants Analogue Satellite anymore so you can pick them up dead cheap
at car boot sales.
