I've got loads of icons in mine. Run it through the ccf compression utility available in the utilities section on Remote Central.

Phil,
Yes I do, thought it was a good way to get buy-in from SWMBO.  In fact normally the rest of family key in the numbers or use the Channel +/- buttons on right.  Perhaps I'll ditch a load of the less used icons and revert t buttons from the set Daniel Tonks provides if it makes that much difference.

Do you use icons for the Sky channels - that takes up a lot of space.

I havea1MB Pronto, and I'm starting t look t using it with my fledgling HA setup.  Currently it reports 42% memory free.  I can't believe my setup is as complex as those of you wh have HA integrated.  What tricks do you use t reduce memory usage.

Currently, it controls LD, DVD, TV, Video, Amp and Sky.  In addition I have 3 macros to setup wh le rig for Sky, DVD or LD from an 'all off' status.  I've also set a dummy panel for each piece of equipment where I have the codes learnt then point t them from buttons/macros, that seemed t save alot of space as you only have each IR saved once.

What else have people done?

I would agree as well, the 1Mb Pronto is fine and I replaced ten remotes plus put a shed load of graphics for all the channel on Sky and ON Digital on my 1Mb and it was fine, still some memory free. Unless you really need the extra memory for something I wouldn’t bother.

Agreed ... I have a fairly large number of remotes on my 1Mb Pronto (including the setup remote for my CRT projector which is a demon of  a thing) and I still have 65% memory free...

I am in the process of completely rebuilding my CCF file for my 1Mb Pronto. At the moment I have got as far as loading 500 buttons and learning Ir codes against each of them. I still have 75% memory free. As far as I can see, the only way you are likely t require the 2Mb version is if you are going t have lots of fancy graphics, background pictures and large CD jukebox listings. There is no way you are going t run out of memory if you are simply replacing other remotes.
