RE: HomeVision & Pace NTL IR

I'm now very disappointed after doing a lot of reading of different threads on this subject.

It would appear that NTL box I have uses IRDA instead of standard IR - so Pronto cannot learn it either.

Without HomeVision making a change t handle IRDA - which I think is doubtful, it looks bad.

The only other option I thought of was trying t use the RS232 which is marked as "for service only" - I have sent an email to a contact at Pace to enquire about this.
