I have used an Omnicom FS2828 analogue system
(http://www.smorgo.demon.co.uk/omnicom.htm)
for a number of years now and
it's really quite good. It cost GBP350 at the time and supports two
external
lines and eight extensions. Trouble is, you can't buy them anymore.
You may want t have a look at the following at RS (http://www.rswww.com)
340-7145 Contact 4 - 1 Line, 4 Extension PBX Telephone System GBP99.00 +
VAT
Notably, this passes Caller ID to the handsets, which in my experience is
unusual for an analogue system.
or:
341-4913 Ultimate 106 1+6 Telephone System GBP153.18 + VAT
Hope that's of some help.
Steve.
