When I extended some I used a Katt 601 joint box, its the sort of thing BT use to bring in one large multicore then distribute out locally. It has clip in strips which accept 20 punch down type connections, each box will accommodate three of the strips. I think I got them from CPC, it certainly made a nice neat job.

I have the need to extend approx 22 no' Cat 5 cables. Can anyone tell me the best way of doing this, and if there is the need to purchase specific joiners, where might I get them.
