why not make one. Simply get a single gang blanking plate and then get the
coax outlets (F-Type probably better) from somewhere like Maplins. Blanking
plates are very cheap so buy a few incase they crack. I have made several
speaker outlets this way without a single one cracking (each plate has 4
holes in it) but I use a pilar drill t  ensure a constant easy pressure.
