PRONTO PRONTO PRONTO :-)

The 1mb version, its a league away from the Sony and IMHO worth the extra
money....

I brought mine from Lets Automate, for =A3120 - I got a user return, which
they have from time to time, otherwise they are =A3140 and if you can
stret=
ch
to it well worth the extra money compared t the Sony

Being able t design the screens t your own spec, is a huge benefit, and
even the wife likes it!!

I went down the route of buying and trying other cheaper remotes, thinking
=
I
was getting a good deal, but at the end of the day I wished I had gone down
the Pronto route ages ago.

I'm after something t both replace the current clutter of remotes and=20
t make controlling things easier. Currently wife and daughter get=20
confused by the need t tell TV t use input from VCR, VCR t use input=20
from OnDigital box, and then to change channels on the digibox.

So something with a big LCD, lots of configuration options, lots of=20
macros I can put t gether, and maybe a timer is on the cards. Oh, and=20
around =A3100.

This thing looks good http://www.remotecentral.com/sony/index.html

Any other recommendations? Could I do this just with a Palm Pilot?

Regards
