Just one correction there. The X-10 module should be a Universal Module,
not Powerflash. The Universal Module will close a dry relay contact on
receiving the appropriate X-10 signal. The Powerflash will SEND an X-10
signal on closure of the contacts on the appropriate mode of operation.
