Sorry just sent a post with nothing in it ooops

I thought I would write a few lines t introduce myself.

My name is Steve and I live in Burton on Trent (beer country).
Age 35
1 PC
and mad about gadgets (i suppose I fit the profile well !!!)

I joined the list about 2 weeks ago and have been reading all of the posts,
trying to gather as much info about HA as i can. Thanks to you guys and gals
I now have
1 PC control kit
2 RF kits
1 timer kit - thanks to homebase

We are due t move house in a few weeks and would like t automate a few
things around the house.
At present my extent of automation is a timer to control the washing machine,
dishwasher and electric blanket. I convinced SWMBO that contolling the first
two items so that they would come on in the middle of the night to use
economy 7 would be a good idea.

If anybody has any neat ideas how to use this new equipment I would love to
know.

Thanks in advance
Steve H
