That's what ON Digital said as well as several PPV stations in Portugal,
a couple in France and several in the US :->

The problem is though the output from the tuners is digital (stream of
bytes) s you would need to
provide a conditional access system to de-crypt it, then an MPEG decoder
to
decode it and then
have to write a load of software to implement something like the on
screen
graphics sky already provide
to make the system usable.
N mean feat !!
