I suspect you will als need a dual LNB.  Other wise the tuner front ends won't be able independantly select between horizontal and vertical polarisation.

    I can confirm that a second cable is required t the LNB.
    The launch date is 1 st October 2001
    I can't help you on cost, But like the multi-channel digi box that should be out not long after, A sliding scale of charges should apply, Maybe?
