Yes, I've tried it in the past and not had much success with it (on Linux)
That was a good few months ago now, and it's probably a lot better now.

I currentlyuse Everybuddy, that alleges t  do Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, AOL and
another one I can't remember. But all I can get it t  manage is Yahoo.
