This I think is the point ....
the list wanders off t pic all the time, but that
is because it is more of an online community than
just somewhere t >only< ask technical questions.
For people just joining the list, it is a lot of
email to deal with, and starting off with the
digest option may well be a good idea.
Moving it to a newsgroup makes it easier t thread,
but by sorting by subject you can quickly move
through the "motoring" t pic for example if you want.
What seems t have brought this to a head is the
drunken chatting on Saturday night .... this isn't
likely t happen again, as within one or two emails
it is now much more likely t move off t MSN ....
I would suggest waiting at least a month or two
before revisiting changing the format, see if it
will now settle down for a bit......
