Had me stumped for a while too :)
Click on Account Info at the top of this page type in your yahoo
password. You'll get you yahoo ID Card. T the right is Public
Profiles. Click on" Edit/Create". Click Edit next t your Yahoo
ID.
Next "Edit Profile Information". It's your real name that needs
changed.
