Unless the aerial is external you must use a Plastic case otherwise the
signal will never get out of the box!!!

The Wallwart Paul bought is identical t  the KAT5 PSU's in all but price.
When set t  9V they produce about 12.77V off load and this drops as the
load
current increases. KAT5 has internal voltage regulation and polarity
protection t  avoid these sort of problems and allow cheaper power supplies
t  be used.
