All I'm saying Phil is that with that set-up there will be pickup of the
terrestrial stations that means you have t be very careful where you place
the CCTV modulators
CCTV cams are not very good t start off with
The advise you gave would make it worse
You have t place the modulators away from known terrestrial frequencies
I take it you haven't g t any filters on the system taking out these spot
frequencies

Ondig to AV System and KAT5 -> To bedroom (or switcher when available)
Internal RF distribution (from previous occupants) is not connected to
anything which means I can shove anything I want around that ... including
(if I wanted to) modulated CCTV.
Bedrom TVs have own VCRs (never see the point in distributing VCR around
house)
I know that RF distribution is a nightmare - which is why I d n't use it!

You must have a very weak signal then Phil and no aerial!
But then how is your Ondig working ??
RF Distribution via domestic kit has always been poor and only really
useful
for one or two extra channels
And professional RF distribution is a nightmare. A lot of white mans magic
involved

I d n't get this at all ... as soon as I unhook my external aerial I get
nothing of the external channels bleeding through.
Now, maybe I wasn't clear ... I was meaning that I would be using several
OD
or $ky boxes around the house and not using any terrestrial channels at all
... then all you need to do is make sure any modulated channels of CCTV
d n't interfere. I no longer c nsider RF as any way to send TV programs
around the house.

For CCTV I would just modulate and distribute by RF ... Since I would be
using OnDigital or $ky Digital for TV channels then you can effectively use
the entire RF bandwidth and just tune in channels on your TV for each
different camera.
