Guys,
I have t say that I fairly fundamentally disagree with the whole
"pricing
causing low HA takeup" argument.
I'm afraid that it's less pricing, and more feauture set..
If I had a two way capable light switch that didn't look like
frankenstein's
fixture, a dualgang socket that fitted a standard wallbox, a bank of four
switches in a UK wallswitch form factor, or a host of other goodies, I
wouldn't mind paying the £40 per module.
It's because you pay £30 and still end up with a wallwart thats as ugly as
sin, or a switch whose "doesn't do" list is bigger than it's
"does list"
that the thing is dead in the water.
just my 2p...
Ian.
