*chuckle*

Yup ... last saw it nearly two years ago when I set it up for my mate, sent him a cheque for it nearly a year ago when his "significant other" decided that it was too big for their living room and he had to sell it. Finally got round to picking it up today and it's in the living room of one of our fellow group members ... I hope he (or more likely his kids) enjoy it.

It is a US spec RP TV though so it's not all roses ... however I had a standards convertor in the upboard for it!

I have it sussed too...

...I'm loaning my spare RP TV to the guy who brought in my ePod for me (I haven't room for it at home at the moment and so it's taking up a friends bedroom). Obviously while he has my TV then he's loaning me an ePod - it's only fair yeah?

(Give it a few weeks and she'll have forgotten and by then it will be assimilated into the family gadget pool...)

Now ... just got to think of a similar "cover story" for a HomeVision, a 7ft fixed projection screen, a new PC...

...nope, I think I'm still going to die!

Advertise on the net for a bullet  proof cloak and you'll be OK. On the down side, I did try this a couple of times but have decided I am not so good at ironing my shirts or making my dinner.

Almos like "You're dinner's in the dog".  :-)

Good luck, My work colleague has it sussed. First wrap it up nicely, then address it to the family :-). It worked for his new £400 dvd player, especially as he bought toy story as well, once the kids were on his side,he was quids in.

Maybe you should load Doom on the epod, just to show you can play it while travelling :-)If only you could get a version of who wants to be a millionaire (me) on it, definitely a must do program for wives.
