I've just got 2 ePods today (yepee) and decided to go for the V2 hack
first. So I got the files onto the ePods as per instructions and
rebooted. BANG "can't copy folder Extra", well it looked like it
was time
to get the iron out :-( Ripped it apart, soldered 2 wires on, did the
bits as listed on message board and now back to a Virgin ePods :-)

So what went wrong? Did some digging on the message board and found out
that if you use Winzip to unzip the V2 hack it doesn't create the empty
folders! Now I put the empty folders on my nice new 32 CF card and re-did
the V2 Hack. On reboot (Hard) it comes up with a blank CE desktop, now I
imported the .reg file and soft booted.

Hey presto an ePods running Windows CE :-) :-) :-) So I did it to the 2nd
one. I put the first back together and now I have TWO nice WinCE ePods.

Vince
