Yes.  I've got activesync 3.1 running on NT4 Workstation to an IPAQ 3630 if
that's any help.

I can't get the buffalo wireless card working with the IPAQ though; I've
admitted defeat for the moment and ordered a Compaq W100 for it from
www.unwired.co.uk
(BTW they do have the PCMCIA jackets in  stock).
