Hehehehehe..... just like PCs - you go there and do exactly what you
explained over the phone etc and magically it works just because you're
standing there... nothing to do with the fact they can't follow simple
instructions and ask if they get stuck ;-> (Not that I have any
experience of that with my father and his "I've just reformatted my
hard disk, now I can't seem to get my programs loaded back up" !!)

So KAT5 with little bells on (those control panels look pretty :-) and big
chunks taken out, at infinitely bigger prices ;-)
