Ian,

Look on the http://www.un-wired.co.uk site they
had something about the
Orinoco Active ethernet .. it can provide power over ethernet. You'll have
to select the tech specs of an Orinoco product and then scroll down the
page  to Orinoco Enterprise products perhaps you could get that working??

Excellent news!  Though I was wanting to run my ePod on a wall and pipe
LVDC to it via a couple of spare CAT5 cores. I might have to go digging.
