It is the ISP that went out of business (when you receive the ePOD it will
have details of the monthly contract you have to enter into, this is how
they were originally intended to be provided). Because they have gone out
of
business, the ePODs were thought to be as useful as a mobile phone without
a
contract, until someone hacked it so that you can use it with any ISP.
