Was just about to say the same - I use panels and buttons that Daniel Tonks
made. A little bit of tweaking here and there, widening and reducing tabs
etc to suit things. I got most of the TV channel logos out of Digiguide and
converted them to 4 colour. I ended up getting rid of most of the action
icons (I saved a copy of every bmp as inverse) on all but my favourite
channels, as they were taking up too much space. I think I've got about
35-40% free, with BMPs of all Sky Digital channels, loads of macros,
jukebox list for CD player etc. One day I'll get around to stripping more
stuff I don't use out... :-)

Plagerise! I can't draw for toffee :-) If I like something, I nick it and
paste it in. You can get almost everything at Remotecentral

(tip - from my work I now get a 403 on RemoteCentral, from their server,
not my firewall. I checked on www.prontoedit.com and people were saying
Daniel is having a problem with his ISP and they've blocked IP ranges who
were causing "too much traffic" and it won't be sorted till the
end of the month when he moves servers. If this happens to anyone, pop over
to www.anonymizer.com (or somewhere similar!) and use their proxy server to
access it (just put www.remotecentral.com in the box!) You get an advert
popping up every so often, but at least you get in!)

Yeah, it reminds me of the Psion 5 - its a tradeoff between touchscreen
functionality and readability, but I can't really complain. The Pronto Pro
looks yummy though - maybe in a couple of years :-)

Which CCF are you using? I sometimes find that the dim up and dim down on
mine control the wrong light (less than 1% of the time - I use it a _LOT_
and only get the problem once every 3 months or so) - I don't know if its
the CCF or the 543 throwing a little tantrum! I did have a 543 that died on
me though - it stopped responding to commands unless it was unplugged, and
wouldn't even listen to local commands. Sometimes the transmit LED would
just come on and not go off till it was cold started, most peculiar. Mike
Huggins replaced it by return of post though :-) Haven't had any problems
like that with the new one (touch wood!)

Yep... some things you just keep forgetting about. I sometimes sit there
thinking then ask SWMBO "what was that thing p*ss*ng you off about the
prono that you keep mentioning?" That usually jogs the memory :-)
