Re: SmartLink Modem (Linux)



I finally got it sorted out last night. The BIOS was trying to assign IRQ
248(!) to the modem - or at least that's what linux was reporting. Anyway,
a
different motherboard sorted it out.

I'm using the Linux Router Project (LRP) distribution. Not 100% working
yet,
but it looks pretty good. It runs off a single floppy; no hard disk
